Registration will continue until classes are full. A child must be four years of age on or before September 1 to enter Pre-Kindergarten and five years of age on or before September 1 to enter Kindergarten.
Children entering St. James for grades 1 through 8 will be given math and reading placement tests and students in grades 3-8 will also be asked to submit a writing sample prior to acceptance.
Parents of all new students are required to submit their child(ren)’s birth certificate, Social Security card, certificate of immunization (form GA-3231) and Ear, Eye and Dental Certificate (EED form GA-3300) and the last two report cards. In addition, new Catholic students must also provide: Baptismal certificate, other sacramental certificates, and a Parish Participation card signed by their pastor.
Every family is required to have a FACTS account. All charges (such as lunches, after care, etc.) will be deducted from this account. NOTE: FACTS charges a yearly fee of $41.
St. James offers partial tuition assistance through two forms of Financial Aid. The deadline for Financial Aid forms is March 1st. Please contact Pam Haverland at 355-3132 (extension 302) for additional information.
A child must be officially registered at St. James School prior to submitting a financial aid application.
